If the work sits between two of these — most real projects do — say so and we will scope it as one engagement.
We have been delivering since 2019, for clients across four continents and every time zone we are asked to cover. We are small on purpose: the person who scoped your migration is the person who runs the cutover and answers the phone the week after.
A migration or a rebuild is a period of elevated risk for the business that hired us. Our job is to shrink that period and to be honest about it while it is open — including when a plan needs changing.
That means written runbooks before execution, a rollback path for every cutover, and one named owner per engagement who does not change halfway through.
